Experience Essential
- Dealing with challenging situations where tact and sensitivity is required.
- Working effectively as part of a team
- Handling sensitive issues and managing them in an appropriate fashion.

- Media and PR experience
- Desktop Publishing
- Experience of Event Management
- Experience of working directly with the NHS
Knowledge Essential
- Knowledge if intranets and other types of internal and external data management systems
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Windows, Office and use of intranet/website content management systems
- Knowledge of how social media platforms operate and how to create engaging and relevant content
