F1rst Motors The prestigious luxury car showroom in Dubai is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Salesman to join our dynamic sales team.
RUSSIAN CHINESE SPEAKERS ARE REQUIRED!!!
As a Salesman at F1rst Motors you will be responsible for promoting and selling luxury cars to potential customers delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to work with toptier automotive brands and showcase your sales expertise in a highend showroom environment.
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers in a professional and courteous manner providing detailed information about luxury cars and their features.
Understand customers preferences and requirements and recommend suitable car options to meet their needs.
Conduct test drives with customers to showcase the performance and capabilities of luxury cars.
Negotiate pricing and finalize sales transactions in accordance with company policies and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication to nurture leads and convert them into sales.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends luxury car models and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with the sales team and management to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the showrooms sales strategies and customer experience.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry preferably in luxury car sales.
Fluent in English with knowledge of Chinese or Russian language considered as a strong asset.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse customers.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Indepth knowledge of luxury car brands models features and market trends.
Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns.
Highly motivated selfdriven and able to work effectively in a targetoriented sales environment.
Professional appearance and demeanor representing the luxury brand image.
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple customer inquiries and followups.
Valid drivers license.
Salary
Minimum salary of 7000 dirhams per month along with an incentive structure based on sales performance.
