As a Commercial Real Estate Leasing Agent you will play a pivotal role in our continued growth and success. Your multifaceted responsibilities will include representing our clients assisting them in finding their desired commercial properties generating property listings and ensuring successful lease transactions. Your primary focus will encompass office spaces retail locations and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners landlords tenants and prospective clients.
• Property Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract potential tenants and property owners.
• Property Showings: Conduct property showings provide indepth information on available spaces and respond promptly to client inquiries.
• Lease Negotiation: Lead negotiations for lease terms and conditions guaranteeing favorable outcomes for our clients.
• Listing Generation: Proactively identify and generate commercial property listings by engaging property owners showcasing our services and highlighting the benefits of listing with Unwind Properties.
• Client Consultation: Assist clients in understanding their specific commercial real estate requirements offering expert guidance and presenting suitable property options.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends property values and competitor activities to provide clients with wellinformed advice.
• Documentation: Efficiently oversee the preparation of lease agreements contracts and other necessary documentation ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in commercial real estate leasing with a proven track record of success.
• A comprehensive understanding of the Dubai commercial real estate market.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in real estate software and tools.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Possession of a UAE driver s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
• RERA certification (preferred).
