Development Manager
Recruitment and Development of Personal Financial Advisor(agents interacting with customers),
Generation of new business and renewal of existing business through a team of engaged Personal
Financial Advisors
Building a team of PFAs:
Identifying prospective PFAs as per the guidelines of the organization
Coordinating the appointment process of the PFAs
Activisation of successfully appointed new PFAs through hand holding, participation in OJT and ensuring their motivation to sell
Achieving the number of active PFAs in his / her team as per the organizations targets
Deliver sales targets and ensure adherence to the Mandated Sales Process:
Prepare monthly and annual action plans to achieve his/her goals
Ensuring adherence by PFAs to the Sales process as mandated by the company
Motivating and ensuring Revenue targets (as may be set from time to time) for the PFA are achieved
Measurement and tracking of relevant metrics for PFAs
Ensure that R&R schemes are communicated to understood by the PFAs in the team and used effectively to motivate and help the team perform
Work towards achieving the target sales and product mix from the team of PFAs
Track customer proposals through to conversion
Job Requirements
Experience Minimum 3 years sales experience. Handling team of minimum 5 will
be an added advantage
