Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of protective coatings applied to various surfaces within the oil and gas sector.
- Assess the condition of existing coatings identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure that coating systems are compatible with extreme operational environments.
- Monitor and oversee the coating process from start to finish conducting thorough inspections at each stage to ensure uniformity and adherence to specifications.
- Document inspection results and provide detailed reports to management and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to discuss inspection results and provide expert advice on coating technologies and strategies.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in coating application and corrosion prevention.

Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in coating inspection or a related field within the oil and gas industry.
- Strong understanding of industry standards related to corrosion control and protective coatings.
- Proven ability to handle onsite inspections and project management tasks.
- Excellent observational and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills capable of preparing comprehensive reports and presentations.
- Must be currently located in India.
