Your Role: We are in search of an experienced and organized candidate with a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the custom furniture and cabinet making industry. Knowledge: Proficiency in traditional wood machining Ability to operate and program 5-axis CNC, with training provided for 6th Axis work Experience with Alphacam CAD/CAM

programming Competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings for construction Discerning eye for timber selection Capability to plan work to meet production deadlines Ingenuity in devising inventive fixtures and jigs First aid trained or willingness to learn Forklift truck license or willingness to learn Skills: Methodical and precise, with the ability to adhere to project timelines Eagerness to learn and develop Positive, enthusiastic, and possesses a can-do attitude Effective communication skills to collaborate with a diverse team of designers, draftspersons, and project managers Keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills to enhance processes and efficiency Dedication to delivering quality workmanship and striving for perfection Key Details: Salary commensurate with experience Permanent position available immediately Full-time position,
