Cluster Reservations Agent

• Handles reservations by applying the various step-by-step processes defined by the brand.
• Provides a friendly and personal welcome for guests.
• Enters reservation details precisely and correctly.
• Confirms the reservation and takes care over written communications.
• Follows up the administration of reservations very thoroughly, making check-in operations easier for the front desk team.
• Ensures that information is passed on to the concerned departments and collegues.
• Transforms a request for information into a potential reservation as soon as there is an opportunity.
• Presents the brand and/or Group's loyalty program to customers and adapts the sales pitch to each customer.
  

Qualifications

• Preferably has 1 or 2 years' experience in a customer service or telephone contact position.
• Knowledge of reservation in hospitality industry and distribution tools.
• Computer literate: desktop applications and internet.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, and other international languages will be advantages.
• Hospitality or related education background.
