EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
Essential Qualifications/Experience:
5+ years in LAN/WAN engineering and design work, including several years specializing in wireless technologies such as Wi-Fi, WiMax and WAP, CAPWAP
Cisco Identity Service Engine good experience in deployment, configuration, policy maintenance and operation, posture assessment, policy group
Cisco DNA Centre good experience in design networks, setting policy, provisioning policy, assurance
Cisco Prime good experience in design networks, setting policy, provisioning policy, assurance, device management
Cisco ISE guest and sponsor portals management
Cisco SD-Access and automation technologies
Firewall and security skills
Mobility and client roaming techniques
Well understand OSI model and its protocols and roles such as: Ethernet, IPv4, IPv6, TCP, UDP, HTTP, DNS, DHCP, FTP
Dynamic Routing protocols skills: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP
Networking design skills
High level programming language skill such Python
Wide networking skills
Basic knowledge of operating systems such Windows, Linux, MacOS
Well know network protocols and technologies such as: IEEE 802.11X, Radius, TACACS, SNMP, TELEMETRY, Netconf, Restconf, API, RESAPI
Well know authentication protocols: WPA, WPA2, WPA3
Good knowledge about Wireless hardware and virtual platforms
Practical knowledge about Wireless operating systems AireOS, IOSXE including both CLI and GUI
Practical knowledge about Frequency Radio Transition in all spectrums: 2,4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz
DUTIES/ROLE:
Maintenance and configuration in CA Spectrum monitoring tool
Maintenance and configuration in Cisco Prime monitoring tool
Maintenance and configuration in Cisco DNA Center monitoring tool
Maintenance and configuration in Micro Focus Network Automation monitoring tool
Troubleshooting using Splunk
Wireless problem-solving and troubleshooting
Networking problem-solving and troubleshooting
Deploy and configure Wireless Lan Controllers on remote locations
Wireless post installation surveys and deployment validation
Maintenance Incident management systems
Direct customer support
Manage / Maintain (design and develop) WiFi Networks within NCIA locations
Responsible for error detection, analysis, and timely intervention regarding all configuration functions
Provide performance monitoring, tuning, and capacity planning
Apply field experience to build a cohesive, consistent, standardized WiFi architecture solution
Document, build, and execute test plans to qualify vendor solutions
Develop evaluation criteria and scoring, and perform integration testing of network elements
Performing active and passive Wireless site surveys using dedicated equipment such Ekachau, iBwave, etc.
Design Wireless network in dedicated software
Conducting and documenting radio frequency (RF) coverage
Managing Frequency Radio Transition in both spectrums: 2,4 GHz and 5 GHz
Radio channel and power management
Making recommendations for wireless network optimization, additions and upgrades to meet business requirements
Deploy and configure Wireless Lan Controllers on remote locations
