JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides link between kitchen and service areas as well as rooms.
Provides table, counter or room service of all menu items including beverages.
Looks after the cleanliness of the counters, tables and F&B units, able to clean as required based on the standards. The responsibility is not limited to counters but all the required areas in the Club Lounge. Liaise with HK, FMS, Stewarding any rectification of requirements.
Provides an anticipatory and Luxury Service to the guests, is storyteller and engaging, the interaction is discreet and refined.
