To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- A broad understanding and comprehensive appreciation across Service Management and Service Operations processes and principles.
- Great stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A sound understanding and working knowledge of HSBC processes, service operations process and practice
- Direct line management experience
- Experience in Incident Management
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Cloud Technology
