- Contribute to the development of KAFD's Services Delivery policies, procedures and methodologies and ensure correct application across the IT function.
- Manage all operations related to KAFD IT infrastructure, network and security connectivity to ensure high effectiveness of the IT infrastructure.
- Help with infrastructure and network design and ensure that any modifications are approved by Enterprise Architecture.
- Specify IT infrastructure and network related initiatives required in a systematic manner to ensure availability, performance and reliability of the systems.
- Ensure smooth operations of the infrastructure installations, as well as specify required hardware and software during development of IT Strategy, IT Budget Planning, and IT Project Planning.
