- Be the go-to lead for customers through enterprise-level IT projects, from initiation through delivery.
- Coordinate with other CNTXT teams and departments to provide access to product, service and training portfolios.
- Guide clients toward appropriate and effective services to help accelerate their time to value.
- Materially shape the project to get the optimum outcome for all stakeholders.
- Be accountable for customer satisfaction within the managed project and its related schedules and deliverables.
- Establish trusted advisor status with customers and actively manage executive-level relationships within those organizations.
