- 9-14 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a media agency environment; travel industry experience highly valued.
- Excellent understanding of all digital channels, including PPC, Display, Paid Social, and Data Analysis.
- Experience in localised digital strategies for China, Japan, and Korea is beneficial.
- Strong client management skills with a proven track record of working with senior clients.
- Capable of leading and nurturing a team ranging from Account Directors to Executives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal).
- Strategic planning and team management experience.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Results and target-driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise and multitask, collaborating with all agency departments as well as working independently.
