  • Prepare all outbound communications for sending via All inbound ATO communications must be sent to the client within 2 business days of its Following internal
  • Prepare all outbound communications for non-ATO scanned in-bound (via our PO Box) mail for sending via All inbound non-ATO communications must be sent to the client within 2 business days of its
  • ASIC Ensure all ASIC annual reviews are sent out within 1 business day (so daily) of their
  • ATO Processing applications for ABN, TFN, GST, PAYGW
  • ASIC - Process all new companies forms 362 across to our agent portal as requested during the
  • ASIC process all change of details forms 484 as requested including change of directors, issue of shares, change of address Also ensure, all other relevant databases are also contemporaneously updated across the
  • Onboard all new clients across the business following the onboarding Karbon template closely and ensuring all new clients are onboarded within 7 business
  • Off-board exiting clients across the business following the off-boarding Karbon template closely and ensuring all new clients are onboarded within 14 business
  • Handover all new clients direct to the CD/OM and the CD/OM s team, following closely the structured handover
  • Onboarding New Staff onboard new staff into the business following the Karbon template
  • Monitor annual and sick leave
  • Training and support other members in your
  • Attend a fortnightly 121 meeting with your direct



Requirements


  • Advanced Word and Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet
  • Min 5 years experience in Admin
  • Degree Qualified
  • Knowledge in any of the following software; Xero Practice Manager, Microsoft Products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Cas360, ATOmate, Karbon
