Job Description
Our client is a holding leading investment company in the UAE seeking a skilled Civil Site Engineer to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in building construction particularly in the construction of luxurious villas palaces or highrise buildings. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing all civil engineering aspects of the construction project ensuring that it is completed safely on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the project manager architects and other stakeholders to ensure that project requirements are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress quality and safety standards.
Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes regulations and standards.
Manage subcontractors and laborers to ensure efficient and productive work.
Review and approve construction drawings specifications and materials.
Resolve any technical issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process.
Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including reports schedules and budgets.
Communicate effectively with the project team clients and other stakeholders.
Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements
510 years of experience in building construction with a focus on luxurious villas palaces or highrise buildings.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles techniques and practices.
Excellent communication leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid professional engineer license (PE) is preferred.
Willingness to travel to different project sites as needed.
