Job Description
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. At least 3-5 years of practical experience in managing and supervising infrastructure and building projects is preferred.
Field work skills: Ability to work on outdoor sites, supervise construction work, and coordinate between construction contractors and technicians.
Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of engineering design, shop drawings, construction standards and local and international regulations.
Management and Organization Skills: Ability to manage labor and resources, organize schedules, and ensure compliance with specifications and quality.
Interpersonal skills: Good communication skills and the ability to solve problems and make quick decisions independently.
