Your Role

  • Manage Maximo Enterprise Asset Management CMMS from a technical and business process perspectives.
  • Enhance business process with understanding of system configuration and constraints.
  • Develop and input maintenance data including but not limit to asset, planning, datasheet, PM, inventory upon request for end users.
  • Maintain CMMS data integrity, including data related to WO, PM plans, assets, schedules, and routes. Identify and resolve any discrepancies in records.
  • Support CMMS Maximo Enterprise Asset Management System in a 7.x environment and relevant enhancement projects.
  • Monitor Maximo CMMS System performance; troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
  • Support and maintain Maximo CMMS system reports using embedded reporting; run queries and create ad hoc reports.
  • Provide technical training as needed to CMMS users.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Requirements

  • Bachelor or associate Degree required. Experience working in manufacturing facility preferred.
  • 3-5 years work experience required; pharmaceutical or regulated industry preferred.
  • SQL, Excel with use of formulas/macros/solver highly preferred.
  • Experience with IBM Maximo CMMS; knowledge in Maximo applications, IBM certification in Maximo preferred.
  • Ability to read and interpret SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) and System Specifications are required.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining reports using BIRT and ad hoc reports.
  • Troubleshooting and customer service skills desired.
  • Ability and willingness to travel is preferred.

Annual Salary Range (dependent on experience) $84,200 - $88,900
