Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman Engineer with a strong background in civil engineering and extensive experience in the oil & gas construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience along with excellent English communication skills. As a Civil Foreman Engineer you will oversee the daily operations of our construction sites ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and according to safety and quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on oil & gas projects.
  
• Read and interpret project plans blueprints and other written instructions and diagrams to perform tasks assigned.
  
• Monitor construction operations to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety or sanitation standards.
  
• Direct and lead workers engaged in construction activities including excavation construction and installation.
  
• Coordinate with project managers engineers and other construction specialists to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures complaints and construction problems.
  
• Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes and other regulations.
  
• Estimate material and worker requirements to complete jobs managing inventories and ordering supplies as necessary.
  
• Ensure quality control standards are met and that construction activities move according to predetermined schedules.
  
• Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients contractors and team members.
  
  

Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related field.
  
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in civil construction projects specifically within the oil & gas industry.
  
• Proficient in English communication both written and spoken.
