- Comparing contractor bids and nominating options that best fit Leejam’s construction projects.
- Defining technical requirements for construction projects and communicating them with project stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of deliverables’ nature.
- Setting quality standards and targets for construction projects to align deliverables with stakeholders’ requirements and expectations, and ensuring achieving these standards and targets.
- Providing Project Planner with estimates of costs, durations, resources, etc. concerned with construction projects in coordination with the Project Design Supervisor.
