CIVIL ENGINEER - FAADE

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE::

As a Civil Engineer Facade Specialist you will play a crucial role in the design and execution of facade projects. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative facade solutions that meet our clients aesthetic functional and sustainability goals. This position requires a blend of creativity technical proficiency and project management skills.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and engineer highperformance facade systems considering structural integrity thermal performance material specification and sustainability.
• Use software tools for structural analysis thermal modeling and facade design.
• Collaborate with architects structural engineers and project managers to integrate facade solutions into overall building design.
• Prepare technical drawings specifications and construction documents.
• Conduct site inspections and facade condition assessments.
• Provide technical guidance during the construction phase to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in facade engineering and sustainability.

KEY SKILLS:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Civil Engineering Architectural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in facade design and engineering.
• Proficiency in facade engineering software (e.g. AutoCAD Rhino Revit ANSYS).
• Strong understanding of building physics materials science and structural mechanics.
• Experience with sustainable building practices and certifications (e.g. LEED BREEAM).
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
