- Assist during construction and review of all tasks related to tunnel construction and alignment
- Perform review of all construction documents and assist the project managers in directing the work of all contractors
- Conduct quality control during construction, including review of specifications and drawings, and assisting with construct-ability reviews
- Improve construction processes and efficiencies, including the development of instruments, tools, and databases
- Provide technical guidance, support, and training to project managers, superintendents, and tunnel construction laborers
- Perform budget reviews and report cost plans to upper management
