-Assisting patients through translation and the ability to communicate with hospital staff-Accompanying the patient while he/she is in the clinic to ensure that the patient is assisted at any moment of need
-Assisting the office with any other translation needs
Requirements:
- Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
