- Perform routine inspections and maintenance of chillers and associated equipment.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot chiller system issues, including electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks, following established schedules and checklists.
- Respond to chiller-related emergencies and breakdowns promptly, making necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
- Respond to faults and failures reported in plants (Chillers) through the work order system.
