Key Responsibilities
- Strategy, Policy and Procedures
- Provide guidelines for the overall corporate strategy formulation to ensure alignment between the group and subsidiaries.
- Translate the approved investment strategy (incl. revisions) into M&A targets.
- Oversee the implementation of innovation strategies are integrated with the group and subsidiaries plans
- Oversee and approve the preparation and consolidation of the overall budgets for department.
- Assist the GCEO in providing periodic status updates to the Board on strategic issues related to business of the group in order to keep them updated and take approvals on key decisions.
