Chief Operating Officer

We are working with an oilfield services company who is looking for Chief Operating Officer (COO) to be based in Dubai.

Position Overview: The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee daily operations drive efficiency and contribute to strategic initiatives. Collaborating with the CEO and executive team youll develop and execute plans optimize performance and ensure organizational goals are met. As a key leader youll foster a culture of excellence implement best practices and guide the company to success.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute the companys strategic initiatives ensuring alignment across departments.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline operations implement policies and processes and identify innovative solutions for efficiency and quality.

• Team Leadership and Development: Lead and mentor operational teams build a highperformance culture and drive accountability.
• Financial Management: Collaborate with the CFO to manage the budget monitor financial metrics and make datadriven decisions.
• CrossFunctional Collaboration: Foster collaboration across departments to integrate operations with marketing sales and technology.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Oil and Gas industry experience is a MUST.
• Proven experience as a COO or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong strategic thinking problemsolving and financial management skills.
• Excellent leadership communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
