Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Design and Implement Business Plans and a Growth Strategy.
• Drive profits and manage budgets.
• Report directly to the CFO and Board of Directors on performance and market analysis.
• Identify and understand new verticals within the business and continue to drive excellence.
• Be an ambassador for the company driving the ambitious growth strategies.
• Understand the operations of the business and product knowledge/services.
• Creating and mentoring a diverse and effective leadership team
. • Improving and maintain operational standards.
• Committed to maintain effective working relationships throughout the company.
• Be involved and drive Business Development activities globally
. • Develop and successfully launch new product concepts.
• Manage the daily operations and staffing resource allocation. The Successful Applicant must have:
• Degree Qualification.
• At least 10 years' experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communicator of written/spoken English.
