Responsibilities

  • Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures that align with company goals and objectives.
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, and lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives (IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.)
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances, etc.)
  • Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
  • Oversee the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing.
  • Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with the CEO and other executives to strategize and develop long-term plans that usher in new levels of productivity and success at the company.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or relevant role in the construction industry.
  • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc.
  • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
  • Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
  • Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
  • Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, construction, commercial operations, administration, design, and public works.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management position.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
  • Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, PR, finance, etc.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate governance and general management best practices.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and public speaking skills.
  • A master's degree in business or related field is preferred.
