We are looking for a CFO WITH EXPERIENCE IN FINANCIAL SERVICES OR CONSULTANCY OR FINTECH industry in UAE THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER to join our team who will be responsible to:

• Develop and implement the institutions financial strategy in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizations goals and objectives.
• Ensure alignment of financial plans with the institutions overall strategic objectives. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisionmaking and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Funding and capital structure: Assess companys funding needs and develop strategies for raising capital; oversee debt and equity financing including negotiations with investors and lenders.
• Conduct investment analysis and due diligence on potential opportunities to support business expansion and decision making.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of accurate and timely financial reports to the Central Bank of UAE following the prescribed reporting formats and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax requirements regulations and guidelines set by the Central Bank of UAE and other regulatory bodies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory expectations.
• Monitor and assess risks associated with the institutions financial operations and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage the institutions capital structure ensuring compliance with regulatory capital adequacy requirements.
• Evaluate and optimize the institutions capital position including capital planning capital allocation and capital deployment strategies.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to assess the impact on capital adequacy and recommend necessary actions.
• Oversee and manage financial operations including cash management funds transfer investment management and foreign exchange transactions.
• Develop treasury policies and procedures in line with regulatory guidelines and market best practices.
• Monitor liquidity position optimize funding sources and manage interest rate risk.
• Lead the financial budgeting and forecasting process collaborating with relevant stakeholders to develop accurate and realistic financial plans.
• Conduct financial analysis and performance tracking to evaluate the institutions financial health and identify areas for improvement.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis to support decision making and drive business growth.
• Engage with the Central Bank of UAE and other regulatory bodies to maintain compliance and address any regulatory concerns or inquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with external auditors consultants and other external stakeholders.
• Communicate financial performance risks and strategies to the board of directors and other key stakeholders.
• Implement and maintain best international standards of asset liability capital and liquidity management.
• Management and development of Financial systems: Microsoft dynamics/ ERP systems
• Lead the finance team providing guidance mentorship and support in financial operations and controls; fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement promoting team growth and development.
• Lead procurement and facilities management function develop and implement procurement strategies that align with organizational financial goals.

If you see yourself holding below qualifications and experience:

• Bachelors or masters degree in finance accounting or a related field. Highly desirable a professional accounting or finance qualification (e.g. CPA CFA CMA).
• Proven experience as a CFO WITHIN FINANCIAL SERVICES OR CONSULTANCY OR FINTECH industry in UAE THIS IS A DEAL BREAKER
• Indepth knowledge of financial management accounting principles and regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strategic mindset ability to drive financial performance & growth.
• Managing financial operations budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience as Authorised Finance Officer with regulated entity in the UAE with familiarity in financial regulations and Tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial management systems and software
