Chief Engineer

Experience & Education Qualifications:

• Engineering degree (Bachelor, Master or PhD) in electrical, electronic, computer or software engineering
• At least 18 years’ relevant experience working in the development-engineering environment of precision guided munitions
• Working knowledge in the broad spectrum of electrical and electronic engineering as related to guided munition development and manufacturing
• High level technical and managerial experience in the field

• Proven technical leadership ability, capability establishment, personnel development
• Communication with technical and non-technical personnel, suppliers and customers
• Customer (Product Management, Production Management) focused
• Knowledge of best practices, engineering standards and procedures within the defence industry
• Electrical / electronic system concept design and functional allocation of a guided munition test system
• Thorough understanding of the systems engineering process (requirement establishment, development, verification & validation)
