Education and training:
University degree or higher education in engineering or related discipline.
Experience:
Extensive experience in the field of engineering and maintenance with experience in managing work teams.
Technical knowledge:
A deep understanding of various engineering systems and technology, including heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and health and safety.
Team leadership:
Team management skills and the ability to direct and motivate workers in the department.
