- Higher Secondary education or equivalent
- Professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in quality establishments, along with good culinary skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in the same role in a five-star hotel or similar
- Ability to learn quickly and can work under pressure.
- Ability to work well with others as a team member and be able to spend long hours standing if required.
- A clear understanding of both written and spoken English
- Efficient team player and good attention to detail
- Ability to develop good working relationships with colleagues and management.
- Self-motivated, wants to get the job done, and has flexibility.
