The role of the Change Analyst is key to supporting the successful running of the Change Management process, supporting the day-to-day activities required to undertake the process governance, controls and reporting for each Change lead. The Analyst role will support all the key activities required to ensure the performance of the Change process is measured and reported accurately and will be key in operating the proactive monitoring of Change process performance, managing exceptions and errors through to successful completion or resolution. The Change Analyst will be key in maintaining, operating and ensuring the integrity of the Change process Toolset, being a champion for reporting and appropriate usage throughout. The Change Analyst will be key to supporting the Change leads and will act as deputy and proxy as necessary.
High level conceptual and analytical skills ▪ Strong written and oral communication skills including the ability to deliver consultations and presentations at a senior level 3 ▪ Demonstrated experience in supporting change initiatives such as delivering detailed change and business impact assessments, assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change and its effect. ▪ Demonstrated knowledge of the tools, techniques and methodologies used for change management ▪ Strong stakeholder management, engagement and relationship skills ▪ Prosci change management certification or designation/Change Management Professional (CCMP) certification or equivalent change certifications ▪ Resilient, have a high drive and are known for ability to overcome obstacles ▪ Critical thinker with innovative problem-solving skills ▪ Track record in developing and executing successful training plans using traditional and modern training processes ▪ Well organised with excellent time management skills
