- Western educated, trained and experienced Orthopedics Surgeon with essential experience at managerial level;
- Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery- or equivalent;
- Fellowship training/Specialist training in Orthopaedic Surgery;
- Minimum 7 years of clinical experience (Post-Board Certification) as an Orthopedic Surgeon;
- Minimum 5 years of current experience as a Chair/Chief/Director of Orthopedics Surgery Department or in a Leadership/ Managerial or Senior Medical Administrative position in the Orthopedics Surgery Department;
