1- Ensure that all production orders are completed on time.
2- Enforce compliance with health and safety instructions to avoid accidents
and injuries
3- Develop innovative strategies to improve factory operations.
4- Screening, hiring and training new factory workers.
5- Manage the work and maintenance team to ensure production and distribution
Products on time and within the required quality limits, with
Maintain high uniformity and achieve optimal production cost.
