- Oversee and coordinate all catering activities, including menu planning, food production, and delivery
- Supervise a team of catering staff, assigning tasks and ensuring proper training
- Manage inventory and procurement of food and supplies
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with clients to plan and execute catering events
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in catering, with a focus on industrial catering
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
