Catering Manager

Responsibilities

• Create and manage staff rotas efficiently, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times.
• Plan schedules that consider peak times and special events.
• Health and Safety:
• Conduct regular health and safety checks to maintain compliance.
• Implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols.
• Responsible for placing orders for food and supplies.
• Manage inventory levels to minimise waste and ensure product availability.
• Lead, motivate, and manage cafe staff.
• Provide training and support for continuous improvement.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in a catering management role, preferably in a cafe setting.
• Strong organisational abilities, including rota planning and inventory management.
• Effective leadership and staff management skills.
