As a
Category Manager Projects
youll be responsible for driving the transformation of our Projects and End User business across the Emerging Markets by bringing expertise and best practices to every region within the geography.

What youll do

Create and execute shortmidlongterm plans in line with Category strategy


Understand develop insights and measure performance of the customers channel and identify optimization opportunities


Keep uptodate with the evolving business and application domain in order to optimize the plans


Execute transformation projects in collaboration with cross functional teams across the whole organization


Ensure sustainable results by analyzing & improving business processes based on customer insights and applying change management


Oversee financial KPIs for assigned Products/Channel including Sales Margin and A&P


Develop metrics track report and forecast marketing initiatives and activities
Your qualifications

15 years of proven experience managing Projects and End Users across different regions


Collaboration with cross functional teams and departments


Analytical Rigor and Problem solving


Strong communication skills


LEAN Knowledge
