- Manage the register, including all credit card and cash operations
- Ensure proper application of La Boca Cashier station’s opening, running, and closing procedures as per checklists
- Always remain up to date on menu offerings and prices
- Compile and maintain non-monetary reports and records when requested by management
- Ensure adherence to the established payment collection procedures
