Job Description:
- Assists patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, transferring and getting to and from activities and meals according to the individual service plan
- Follows proper procedures in emergency situations and responds promptly and positively to patients requests for assistance
- Provide care for pediatric and geriatric patients
- Monitoring vital signs. Monitor clients' health and report any changes in condition to appropriate medical personnel or family members
- Accompany patients to medical appointments, errands, and recreational outings as needed
