Person Specification Experience Essential

• Experience of working in a busy, customer service focussed environment; dealing with customers face to face; responding to complex queries of a sensitive nature, often non-routine
• Experience of care navigator duties
• Experience of handling complex, sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality
• Experience of task related problem solving
  

Desirable

• Experience of working previously in a care navigation type role, ideally within a medical practice
  

Qualifications Essential

• Educated to NVQ level 3 or equivalent, or having equivalent experience in a relevant area

• Flexible approach to work/working hours
• Good interpersonal skills (e.g. customer care skills)

• Proficient in reading and writing in English

• Standard key board skills
• To safely and effectively carry out manual handling and moving tasks in line with the responsibilities of the role
