Job Details
Responsibilities
- 7-11 direct reports with a total of 50 staff
- Serves as a key executive leadership team member, primarily focusing on administrative leadership, operational excellence, quality care, patient experience, regulatory issues, insurance payers, compliance, and team development.
- Work in partnership with the CMO.
- Drive growth and expansion
- Experience with Washington State payers
Required
- Dynamic leadership, clear communication, strong interpersonal skills, high personal values, and strategic vision
- Compassionate and engaging work style
- Understanding of healthcare operations and payer plans, contracts, etc...
- Ideally, operations experience in a cancer center or oncology setting with infusion services
