- Inbound and Outbound Calls: Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional and courteous manner. Answer patient inquiries, schedule appointments, and provide information about clinic services.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule patient appointments and confirm upcoming appointments, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining an organized appointment calendar.
- Patient Registration: Collect and verify patient information, including personal and insurance details over the phone. Ensure all necessary forms and paperwork are accurately completed.
- Insurance Verification: Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility during phone interactions. Communicate insurance-related matters to patients and the billing department as necessary.
