Engages in active listening with customers, responds efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining our services, confirming or clarifying information, diffusing angry clients and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued through engagement active listening.
Answers all incoming telephone calls and transfers calls to the concerned person as needed.
Checks the queue to monitor the calls on hold. Provides outstanding service to our customers by answering phone calls, replying to questions and queries, handling complaints, taking down messages, scheduling/confirming appointments.
