Cafe Manager

Seeking applicants with demonstrated knowledge and experience in the development and administration of Microsoft s M365 and D365 platforms, particularly:

• Power Platform PowerApps, (both Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate and Power BI experience in developing, implementing and maintaining solutions.
• Experience in customising and configuring D365 CRM solutions
• SharePoint experience in in maintaining, expanding and enhancing SharePoint libraries and web sites
• Assist with the development and maintenance of a roadmap for M365 capability and applications including Teams
• Develop levels 1, 2 and 3 Standard Operating Procedures for implemented solutions.

Knowledge of the following would be an advantage.

• AWS working knowledge and maintenance of AWS resources, Apache and LINUX administrations.
• Drupal experience in maintaining, expanding and enhancing Drupal web sites.

Criteria

Essential criteria1.
Extensive experience with customising and configuring D365 solutions

2.
Experience with customising and configuring Model driven apps and CRM Customisations (Plugins, custom workflows, organisation services, OData Services)

3.
Relevant experience in Sharepoint, Teams, other Microsoft 365 apps and Azure functions

4.
Experience in documenting and developing SOP s for existing solutions

Desirable criteria1.
Experience in working with AWS resources, Apache and LINUX administrations

2.
Experience in maintaining, expanding and enhancing Drupal 7 and 9 web sites.
