Lead and Manage Teams and Project Manage
- Engage in hiring decisions for BI Engineers and ETL developers
- Manage squads of BI Engineers and ETL Developers
- Project manage each development E2E
- Resource cost management to ensure high productivity
- Manage and prioritize backlog activities in collaboration with senior stakeholders
- Engage with internal IT teams and solution vendors to enable minimizing gaps and use of new functionalities
Education
Phd/Masters in Operational Research, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics Or MBA
- Industry - Banking , NBFC or IT/ Finance
- Regional – GCC or Asia Pacific
- Functional – Analytics (preferred with experience in translator domain)
Knowledge & Skills
- Analytics principles in a B2B and B2C environment
- 11 to 15 years’ experience (flexible)
