Responsibilities:
- Creating customer profiles by demographic and behavioural characteristics (basic segmentation).Drafting first-cut Research proposals for studies conducted In-house by the Business Intelligence Research department.
- Drafting first-cut presentations for studies undertaken on behalf of internal stakeholders for finalization by Manager, Business Intelligence.
