Business Development Executive (LMS),
Our client, who is based in Dubai and supports organisations across the Middle East region with leading custom e-learning and a complete range of services including instructional design, custom built e-learning modules (self paced & blended learning), custom built Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training in the Metaverse is looking to hire a dynamic Team member to push forward their efforts in Business Development.
Purpose of the Role
The purpose of the Business Development and Sales role is to drive revenue growth for the company by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients.
You will be responsible for generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating and closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Additionally, this role will collaborate with our other departments, including product development, to develop innovative solutions to meet client needs and keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent Arabic and English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record of sales success.
Overall, your role will further build our foundations for sales and revenue growth by establishing a sales process, building a customer base, and representing the company to potential customers. This will be achieved working closely with our Executive Team to ensure the success and sustainability of the business.

Developing and implementing the companys business development strategy and overseeing the Business Development and Sales team.
Generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, writing proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Managing existing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Managing the sales operations, including sales processes, sales forecasting, and sales analytics.
Generating leads and qualifying prospects through phone and email outreach.
Analyzing market trends and data to identify new business opportunities and develop sales and marketing strategies.
Managing relationships with channel partners and driving revenue growth through these partnerships
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and close deals to meet sales quotas.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and follow up in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and execute effective sales campaigns and maintain a sales pipeline to track leads and opportunities.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, both new and existing.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Excellent Arabic and English communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members throughout the MENA region.
Excellent sales skills, including the ability to generate leads, conduct product demonstrations, negotiate and close deals, and meet sales quotas.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience of sales and marketing strategies and tactics.
Experience in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Experience in negotiating and closing deals.
Experience in developing and delivering presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Business acumen and understanding of sales and marketing concepts, trends, and best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, sales and CRM software.
Relevant sales or business development certifications, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP).
Proven track record of success in business development and exceeding sales targets.
