Job Description

  • Manages and coordinates on an industry basis with ULs larger customers over all related industries.
  • Position works on strategies with sales managers to generate revenue growth and achieve bookings goals.
  • Responds effectively to urgent and sensitive customer issues.
  • Develops and coordinates executive presentations and debriefings.
  • Assists industry leadership in the development of global account strategies goals and plans.
  • Focuses on customer satisfaction account growth and expansion of services provided and sustaining customer loyalty for a group of key customers.
  • May provide work direction to other employees in charge of specific customer accounts.

  • Engages with UL Clients and industry stakeholders on a regular basis to understand market trends regulatory changes and client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with industry professionals competitors vendors and other personnel.
  • Collaborates closely with Sales to conduct client discovery sessions and collect realtime client feedback to understand market needs.
  • Works closely with Marketing and Product Management to develop competitive analyses and market share trends.
  • Engages with Engineering Operations Sales Product Manager and Marketing to develop new offerings and drive to market launch.
  • Works with CrossFunctional Teams to identify initiative investment requirements and develop capital resource requests as required.
  • Assists industry leadership in the development of global account strategies goals and plans.
  • Develops and coordinates executive presentations and debriefings.
  • Provide Sales training and support for successful product / service launches.
  • Read and follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
  • Performs other duties as directed.


  • University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelors degree) in Business Administration Marketing or a related disciplines plus generally five years of experience in highest value corporate account management or eight years of experience in Marketing and/or Sales area with account management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate acquire and manage high value customer accounts.
  • Ability to sell at the highest level with a compelling valueadd strategy approach.
  • Detailed understanding of the applicable industry product lines and target markets.
