Job Description

  • Manage relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote depth and breadth of the organisations value proposition and to enable up-selling
  • Locate and propose potential business deals by remaining abreast of market opportunities, competition, and maintaining contact with existing and prospective clients
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing, and negotiating contracts and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Contribute to creating strategic alignment with all stakeholders and suggest ways to develop/enhance terms, communication plans, negotiation processes and requirements.
  • Secure leasing deals which meet space leasing KPIs and business objectives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with brokers and agents
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Abu Dhabi and UAE development agencies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with embassies and chambers of commerce to bring companies to development site
  • Manage key accounts on site by being responsible for managing, supporting, and servicing all account-related needs and processes, and maintaining and growing strong business relationships that serve the mutual interests and the client
  • Retain key accounts through developing strong business relations with key stakeholders and through continuously suggesting ways to improve their satisfaction with provided services.
  • Screen the market by analysing market strategies, evaluating options, resolving internal priorities, and recommending innovative strategies that address client demands, market conditions and new business demands
  • Contribute proactively to the development and execution of CRM in order to provide consolidated client information and generate key client accounts reporting to support KPl’s.
  • Leverage on the CRM to provide consolidated client information and relationship details and to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • As and when required, represent developer in conferences and in public forums

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or relevant discipline
  • MBA is an asset

Preferred Experience:

  • 6-8 years of relevant experience in a large real estate company and/or special economic zone, preferably in sustainable/green developments
  • Successful track record of key account management and business development in a similar role
