Business Development Manager

• Develop client and potential client relationships.
• Have a strong knowledge of the commercial real estate, office, and serviced office market (preferably but not a pre-requisite) you work in.
• Understand the full sales cycle from prospecting, pre-vetting leads, and site inspections to signing new business.
• Good written and spoken communication to engage with prospective and existing clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
• Creative thinker, who can identify new and innovative ways to onboard new business.
• Engage with key introducers, brokers, and licensing authority.
• Actively participate in networking events and functions.
  

Job Requirements

• At least 3-5 years UAE experience of successful sales experience in premium hotels, real estate brokers, or business centers.
• Must be fluent in English
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and sales channels, and experience building a strong sales pipeline
• Ability to manage a portfolio of multiple clients, and to maintain relationships with clients, affiliates, and key industry contacts
• Able to negotiate with decision-makers, senior executives, and CEOs
• Great interpersonal, communications, and networking / outgoing skills
• Team player able to work under pressure, and juggle a variety of tasks
• Able to handle client correspondences and inquiries
